Banter is a new monthly series of informal chats, debates and discussions around pop and pop culture compered by Jim Carroll of the Irish Times. The first talk kicks off at 9pm in the Mezz on "The state of Irish Music Radio - Past, Present & Future". The speakers will be Today FM's Paul McLoone, arguably one of the best indie/rock show presenters on the national airwaves at the moment, and The Golden Maverick from Power FM which recently celebrated 6 weeks live on the FM band.
