Came across this site somehow.
Kind of astounded by it, haven't seen effort like this put in to t a club night in a long time.
Site looks great
Mixes are class
And the running theme throughout the blog is very impressive.
Anyone know the lads involved?

Quality site alright, extremely well done, its a group of the lads that go by the names of flukey, timethought, the yew tree and a few others involved, all of them are serious music heads with great taste, wasnt at the last one of these due to work but intend on heading to the next, we had flukey and the yew tree guest at our monthly sunday all dayer last week(shameless plug) and they played a blinder.
Id say keep an eye on that site, there should be plenty more mixs going up on it.
Here is our site for our monthly sunday event if you fancy more mix's etc....
id love to get the lads collective record collections togeher and have a browse.
the lads have put serious effort into this and im sure it'll pay off, the rocket described on the blog actually materialised at the event, was meant to be amazing. couldnt make it here either but hopong to get to the next one. flukes and the yew tree were great last suday (not plug just a compliment). 'sir charles' designed the site, its great isnt it?
we'll be having the yew tree in for a mix on our fake ass radio show soon.
happened upon this site a month ago, flukey is a regular poster on the dj history forum.. was blown away by the vibe and the design and as mentioned in the op the theme is kept going through the whole site, funny and original, definitely grabs your attention.
flukey has a discogs account that is worth a browse if you have a few quid to spare.
Thanks alot for noticing our modest night. We appreciate the comments. I like the changes that have gone on here, it has really taken on a world of its own. For the record here's some music we like...
Kleer
The Cool Notes
Was Not Was
Wrex N Effect
Curtis Hairston
Larry Heard
SOS Band
Change
Brooklyn Bronx & Queens Band
Anyone else feel this stuff?
