Hi All,
Looking for a bit of help or a steer in the right direction.
I have a CDJ1000 Mk2 (few years old now) which as of today decided to stop work in vinyl mode. (which was nice!)
Works fine in CDJ mode.
Any ideas how to fix or how much to get fixed and where.

Pioneer CDJ 1000 MK2
someone here awhile ago recommended AV Imports to me, they're based out in the JFK Industrial Estate, they import and specialize soley in Pioneer gear. They fixed a very nasty spillage that I had with my cdj and charged €130 having had to replace to parts. A fairly reasonable fee considering Sounds Around charged €100 to replace a fuse. I reckon they might be able to help you out. My only complaint was that it was booked in over xmas and they had trouble getting some parts in but it turned out well in the end.
Just an update on this. AV Imports have a 2 week backlog of repairs to Pioneer DJ gear so I decided to fix it myself
Followed a very good video on youtube step by step took the deck apart (had to do it twice) and did the repair job and its working fine now and has been for nearly 5 days and counting.
