He's been the unofficial manager for years. Chelsea players once again playing shit on purpose to get a manager they don't like the sack.

Pretty interesting to see both Chelsea and Liverpool floundering behind one of the worst Arsenal teams for 25 years, despite their massive recent spending sprees.

to be fair to liverpool, the amount of bad luck or poor finishing thats cost them this season is incredible. how they lost on saturday ill never know

they've hit the post 21 times this season, missed a good few penos, only team even reasonably close to that is city, and they're shots on goal stats are of the chart, so they should be up there.

still its not good enough to blame that alone, but still its either a combination of their luck changing a bit, or bringin in 1-2 more clinical players upfront to solve it. probably a bit of both.

Who would want the job after the way Scolari, Bee-ash Bow-ash and especially Ancelotti have been treated? There's no quick fix for Chelsea and the new manager won't have the time for anything other than a quick fix. They're only going to get better when that shower of aging cunts who did for AVB are moved on but I don't know how the new manager will be able to get rid of them.

By the way: Thing about Liverpool and their "luck". It's not just luck. So they hit the woodwork 20 odd times, boo fucking hoo. Ball hits the woodwork that means it's off target. Ok so it was nearly on target, it's still off target. That's not luck, that's just poor finishing. You can't deny that whatever psychological boost Dalglish has given the club and team as a manager he has bought poorly and hasn't really rejuvenated the team's approach significantly.

My gut feeling (biased and all as it is) is that Dalglish's arrival resembles Roy Keane's at Sunderland - team gets carried away with a big head of steam because of the aura and reputation of the manager and gets a great run of form (in Sunderland's case getting them promoted). Eventually however the manager's limitations become evident and the whole enterprise fizzles out. He's stuck in the past - buying British at inflated prices as if it's still 1995 and players like Chris Sutton and Colin Hendry can win you the league. The great thing about it for those of us who hate Liverpool is that he will be given every chance long after he should have been sacked - the opposite of AVB! - because of who he is.

Crazy set up, that shows that player power is too strong especially there. They ( roman ) paid Porto what 13million sterling last summer to take him to chelski and now to pay him off be similar amount. They should go after the truly wonderful Roy ' I have 36 years experience ' Hodgson.
Also some of the players by some accounts, hate robbie di matteo more than andre vb. Also Frank nope your wrong, if pool owners felt in summer to change it at the top they will, its a results game we are in and they are business men. They said last summer that top 4 was minimum this season.

It's gonna get to the stage fairly soon where Roman himself will have to manage the team, as he's fired pretty much every other manager out there. Now that is something I'd pay handsomely to see...
