Skrillex made me do it!
Watch on youtube to see how mental the crowd are. I see his shit as the new death metal all the lads from Korn where in the crowd . It's funny to see such a shift in music.
do his fans do gary's or what's their poison ? some whack off those drops if they are. top buzz in there anyway.
as soulless as brostep is, went to see rusko and chase and status before and never have experienced a crowd anywhere even close to that. literally going bonkers. amazing, amazing fun!
I dont know what they are taken but if I was mad out of it the last thing I would want is to be in the middle of that crowd or maybe I am just getting old ! but I see it more of music styles crossing over. I always got the feeling that Dubstep brought a lot lads that where into death metal // hard rock and bro-step is just more accessible to the masses. Think of one band in the last five years that would come close to Slayer/Rage Against the Machine and Korn.

it's not really surprising that Skrillex appeals to the young metallers/rockers. Like when The Prodigy crossed over in the 90s they made the music as "rawk" as possible, and middle america lapped it up too. Those buzz saw riffs are just big hairy metal riffs at the end of the day. Skrillex isn't even marketed at dance peeps. Skrillex's music is a lot closer to Korn than to the Croydon massive.
It's got that aggresive streak to it that the kids love innit - which is always something I disliked about a lot of Dubstep - nevermind brostep. There's probably a right few on the garys in there, I've seen madoovits at gigs like Slayer. Getting flung about when yer on one can be good craic.
