The whole deal is just a microcosm of what's wrong at Chelsea: Hazard said he wanted to go the club that would guarantee him the most games playing in the no 10 position and Abramovich is obviously the one who made those guarantees but surely it's the manager who decides who plays hwere and when. The same with Torres, now he says he's staying because Abramovich said he had total faith in him, so yet again the owner is trying to pick the team.
