Was wondering that myself. I wonder how UEFA will try and explain away Chelsea and City's debts. Clearly they'll never block them from the CL as it would infringe on UEFA's TV revenue.
It's an eye-watering team being assembled by Chelsea. Potentially Hazard-Mata-Hulk in behind Torres. They signed Marko Marin as well which went a little under the radar. Very good player.
Marin was brilliant against spurs in the champions league. They also signed another belgian called kevin de bruyne
I'd say he's regretting his move now, he's hardly going to get a look-in with Mata and Hazard there.

Dunno, don't reckon Mata's a lock for a place continually, he can be flakey at times. That said he reminds me a bit of David Da Silva from a few years back, great talent but often lacking results from his play, and now look where Da Silva is... god I hope Mata doesn't improve that much...
