Before a night out I like to channel Patrick Bateman.
So lots of sit ups, skipping and dancing around to Huey Lewis and the News in a clear plastic rain coat waving an ax.
Occasionally I feed stray cats to ATM's.
Would thoroughly recommend it.
Do you watch 'Homeland'? If you do there is a fantastic albeit short scene of Claire Danes getting ready for a night out in the opening scene.
For those who haven't seen it - it just involves her giving her fanny a vigorous wash with a towel now known as 'The Claire Danes'. Sadly I couldn't find a youtube link for it.
