Hello everyone, and welcome to the brand new Bodytonic. Some might call it Version 4, but we prefer to think of it as a brand new start, with a totally different purpose for the site.

Bodytonicmusic.com isn’t just about Bodytonic itself anymore; we’re going to bring the biggest, newest, funniest, silliest and most controversial news right to you with our own unique style. We’ve got a team of the finest writers and all round news scourers that Bodytonic has to offer working their asses off to bring you all this stuff.

We’ve got a new dedicated events listing section so that you don’t have to go scrambling through MySpace and message boards to find out what we have on this weekend...or next weekend...or next month...or last month. We’ll also be adding photos for past events directly into their pages, keep your eye on them!

There’s a snazzy new podcast section, which we’re going to update as often as is humanly possible, with contributions from big superstar prima donnas, right down to the lowly Bodytonic resident. And we aren’t just going for the plain old DJ sets either (though we’ll have plenty of those); expect a bundle of crazy themed podcasts, and some of those big names picking out their favourite eclectic tracks. And of course there’s the age-old Bodytonic forum, now upgraded to 2007 standards.

So to make the experience of our new website a bit more interactive and vibrant, everyone who registers for the site can post comments on every piece of news, podcasts or events text that’s on the site. Registration is incredibly simple, and should only take 5 minutes, and it will allow you access to the forum with the same account. As we said, registered users get exclusive access to the commenting system, the forums and only our users can download our podcasts.

For users who were registered on the old Bodytonic forum, you don’t even need to register again, your old Username and Password will get you into both the new forum and the new Bodytonicmusic.com system

Right now it's a fairly simple affair, but in the future we’ll be adding stuff like profile customisation, a Bodytonic store and loads and loads of user generated content areas, and you definitely want to be a part of that!

Oh yeah, and we forgot to mention, we’ve integrated loads of RSS functionality into the site, you can grab a separate feed for news, events or podcasts. And also we have the ability to subscribe through iTunes directly to our podcasts.

We spent many a long night slaving away to get the site just right, but if you noticed anything that’s not working, post a comment, send us an email or use our contact form.
