Kanye Whinge? Yes He Can
"Musician" Kanye West strops again.
Fresh off of last years MTV Video Music Awards where he graciously accepted his defeat by Justice vs Simian and his soul-destroying sampling of Daft Punk on "Stronger", Mr West - obviously a bastion of humility - has thrown another über-strop after losing out AGAIN this year.
This time however, it wasn't to a quartet of smelly French and English electronica geeks, but to everyone. Nominated for five awards, Kanye came away with none. Ever the modest "musician", he proceeded to show his class with a tantrum afterwards and according to the BBC, said "That's two years in a row, man...give a black man a chance. I'm trying hard, man, I have the...number one record, man."
We suggest that there is blatant repression of Kanye going on here, but it's got nothing to do with the colour of his skin, just the awfulness of his music. Having said that, we're still backing the big baby and approving purchase of his new album, for the simple reason of getting rid of 50 Cent.
