Goodbye Guitar / Hello iPhone
Dropping knickers since 2008
The last few years have seen a surge in interest in lo-lo-fi 8 bit sounds and people doing horrible things to their old Gameboy in order to to squeeze some Mario Bros sounds out of it. Fan and How-To sites have sprung up and magazines have given away sample CDs full of old skool blips and beeps syringed out of Donkey Kong but now, the world of hand held music has been made that bit easier.
What with iPhones and a legion of internet techies releasing third party programes that will make your iPhone do things it probably shouldn't, getting your pocket 'puter make music no longer requires a screw driver and an ever so lightly tapped hammer.
It was only a matter of time before somebody decided to get 2 or more tricked out handhelds, plug them into the one speaker and jam along and here we are 2 mins later with The iBand.
And yes ladies, they are all single. Check out their Star Signs at www.iband.at
