MPs Son 60 Pill a Week Habit
Daniel Purcell, the 23 year old son of Australian MP and former government minister Pat Purcell was arrested last Saturday for possession of over 160 pills which he had hidden in his underpants.

A court in Queensland heard how Purcell would routinely buy 200 ecstasy pills every week, sell 140 of them and keep 60 for himself.
It’s claimed he has a psychological addiction to the drug and told police that, “he sells the tablets to fund his habit”.
Purcell was released on bail and is due back in court in August. He is also required to report to police twice a week and submit to random drug tests.

I've always heard from pill-takers that ecstasy is a relatively addiction free drug. Are they just in denial?

they are extremely mentally addictive. they are 'enhancers' and many people cant enhance a night without them.
Yokes aren't physically addictive, you'd want to have one hell of an addictive personality to get addicted to yokes. and be a bit dim.
yeah, this guy obviously has a whole lot of other issues.
I'd also like to point out that the average price of a pill in Australia is 25-30 dollars, so thats essentially 1800 quids worth of profit this chap is eating through. Obviously not the full shilling.
They must have been really crap if he'd to do that many.

He's also making $4200 if he's selling the other 140!
