Full Frequency is back… Pete Tong’s pioneering dance label FFRR is set to return to record shops (and probably iTunes and Beatport too) this summer with a bit of help form reissue specialists Rhino. The end of July sees the release of three themed CD compilation albums featuring a mix of some FFRR classics, rarities and remixes including Goldie’s “Inner City Life”, Orbital’s “Chime” and “Belfast”, Frankie Knuckles “Tears” and Utah Saints “What Can You Do For Me”. The three CDs will be colour coded FFRR White (Dance), FFRR Silver (Pop) and FFRR Black (Black Soul). FFRR was one of the most successful dance labels of the 80s and 90s releasing the most seminal dancefloor anthems of the time as well as dance-pop singles from the likes of All Saints and some hip-hop gems from Jeru The Damaja and Salt n Pepa.
