Grandmaster Flash's Midnight Juggernauts remix
Grandmaster Flash's Midnight Juggernauts remix
Aussie kids Midnight Juggernauts are usually the ones remixing other people’s tracks but the trio is set to release an EP later this year which will see some pretty big hitters returning the favour and remixing their tune “Into The Galaxy”. It will be available through iTunes from august and features remixes from the aforementioned Grandmaster Flash as well as Metronomy, Danger, Architecture in Helsinki, Chateau Marmont and Shychild. Continuing on their never-ending quest for worldwide dancefloor domination, the Juggernauts have been touring non-stop since the start of this year, playing across the US, Europe and Asia to launch their stunning debut album ‘Dystopia’ internationally. Just a few weekends ago they played Glastonbury, and judging by reports blew the audience away. “Starting with a tune that sounds like a cross between serious industrial techno and rock, the crowd’s almost instant response shows how popular they are becoming in the dance scene… [Glastonbury] could push them over towards mainstream success,” says Kev Geoghegan of BBC Radio 1. Check out the original track on their [myspace] (http://www.myspace.com/midnightjuggernauts)
And be sure to catch them when they play The Picnic on Sat 30th August
