Again to wet our taste pallets The Southern Comfort Crawdaddy Stage and the Bacardi B Live Arena are also back in full swing.

The Comedy Stage is also back to make us cry and cringe with laughter.

A new addition is Cooking Stage in the Spoken Word area. A Michelin-All-Star culinary cast headlined by Rachel Allen, Dylan McGrath (Mint), Kevin Thornton (Thorntons), Derry Clarke (L'Ecrivain). Reckon this is the place to head to when you've realised you haven't eaten in two days.

Those of you feeling young at heart will be glad to know Fossettes Circus is back. Anyone fancy giving the tight rope ago? I'm sure with a bit of sweet talking to the ring master this can be organised.

If you've always wanted to meet with Ryan Tubridy now's your chance, he will be hosting a Sunday morning show in the Spoken Word area.

Another newbie is the Jazz & World Music Stage. This stage will be an acoustic stage combining every type of music you can imagine.

The Body and Soul area was the highlight for many last year. Folks you'll be delight to know it's back in full swing this year.

Last but not least The Bodytonic Arena. Well boys and girls we've got loads of treats for you up our sleeve's but I'm afraid you're gonna have to wait for another day to find out.

The festival runs from Friday 29th - Sunday 31st August. Tickets are €240 per person available now
