Calvin Harris vs Justice and Goldfrapp
While Obama's victory is ushering in a new era of peace and cooperation amongst all peoples, it's comforting to know that DJs cussing each other out will always be with us.
The last time we mentioned Calvin Harris on this site, there was a surprising number of confessions from people that they actually liked him.
Well it's a good thing they do, as he doesn't strike you as the sort of person who actively seeks to appease. His latest blog post reads like this:
"I remember I was in Berlin last year waiting for soundcheck, so to pass the time I picked up a German music magazine to see what the chat was. It had all these music artists reviewing albums that were coming out that week, and my album got slated by Justice and Goldfrapp, two acts whose production i quite enjoy. I can't remember what Goldfrapp said, i imagine it was something about the quality of the songs, but Justice said I was shit because i sounded like everybody else, which really wounded me, because the reason i enjoy making music is to create songs that sound different to everything else.I then tried to think of songs that sound like Acceptable in the 80s or The Girls - i couldn't, and that's when I realised that both Justice and Goldfrapp can fuck right off."

I dont like Calvin Harris much, I warmed up for him once and he was most unfriendly. Dont know where Justice get off though, pot, kettle, black etc.
