Perfume company sues Prince
Many might see this as retribution considering Prince has been chasing everyone else trying to sue them recently, but the perfume company he works for are now suing him for not promoting their product.
3121 is named after Prince's 2006 album. The company who own it, Revelations, are seeking $100,000 for breach of contract in the suit filed in New York State Supreme Court.
"Since July 2007, despite repeated attempts by Revelations there have been virtually no communications from anyone who could commit to or coordinate any promotional efforts by Prince," the suit reported.
