Billed as 'the melodic one' Maison 6 moves away from the distorted electro so prominent in previous releases to more 'groove' based tracks. Kitsuné who have always prided themselves on being cutting edge, whether with their fashion label, artwork or artist roster seem to have realised that the distorted French electro bubble has well and truly burst and it's time to branch out. There are still plenty of punchy riffs to be found here but there is certainly more melody then squelch on this collection. Maison 6 is released on CD/vinyl on October 27th and digitally one week later.
