DC10 raided yesterday morning
The Spanish police have closed down DC10 until 2010.
All summer long we've been keeping you up to date with the goings-on at Ibiza club DC10.
First it was fined over a quarter of a million, then it was ordered to close for a year, then they appealed the decision, and finally the judge hearing the case went to the club and ordered the police to shut it down. Game over.
The problem was that the club only had permission to have 68 people on the premises at any one time, which it never had. The raid that happened this morning looks like it'll be the last for a while.
Observers of the slow Spanish legal system will know that reopening in 2010 is a very optimistic prospect.
