Patrick Cowley Rarity
'Lost' LP gets released.
'Catholic' - a 'lost' LP by innovator Patrick Cowley - is scheduled for release by Stefan Goldmann's Macro in October. The 'I Feel Love' and Sylvester producer spent three years working on the record between 1976 and 1979, recording with Indoor Life vocalist Jorge Socarras. 'Catholic' is described as "genre-bending concept album with a range from minimalistic proto-techno to synth-driven post-punk" - which sounds interesting. The album is due out on October 19th, Cowley's birthday. The San Francisco-based producer died of HIV/AIDS in 1982.

Dissapointed by the samples I must say. I'm all for new-waviness but this just sounds like a mess. A far cry from "Sea Hunt" or "Mind Warp"
