Failure to agree deal hits UK users.
Music fans in the UK who like to watch videos on YouTube will find their choice dramatically depleted as a result of the failure of the PRS (Performing Rights Society) to agree a new deal around payment terms with the Google-owned platform. The BBC are reporting that videos started being blocked from yesterday.
